Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The product should not be damaged or tampered with
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product images
  • Packaging images

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.


Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items purchased during clearance sales
